Extinctions got 5/5 review in the latest Soundi 1/2012 (+ interview with the band),
9/10 review in a latest Sue 2/2012, 4/5 review in a issue 1/2012 of Rumba and 80 points in Nuorgam.
Nyt Magazine (weekly magazine supplement that comes with every Friday edition of the biggest Finnish newspaper - Helsingin Sanomat) has given to a Burning Hearts "A Certificate of Excellence" in Femma Award 2012 to recognize their excellence as new upcoming music artists!
Into The Wilderness climbed #11 in Nuorgam´s 365 best songs of 2011.
Extinctions is "Viikon valiolevy" (Record Of The Week 5) in Radio Helsinki.
It's a trap 8/10: "Burning Hearts' second full-length "Extinctions" is a treat. Delving into description disguised as heavy-handed metaphor would be a disservice to such a carefully crafted, thoughtful album, so I'll simple start with a hearty "wow."

SOIREE HELSINKI MON AMOUR 27 JANVIER 2012 FLECHE D'OR, PARIS
As a part of the Midem production, Music Export Finland and the Finnish Institute in France will organize the "Helsinki Mon Amour" club at the famous Flèche d'Or in Paris on Jan 27. Organized in cooperation with Super Agency, Boogie Drugstore and Tsugi, the club will introduce Parisians to some of the most promising indie bands from Finland; Burning Hearts (Solina Records), Zebra & Snake (100% Records) and French Films (GAEA Records).
